From Powder to Ritual

Prepare

Sift approximately 2 g of matcha into a chawan.

Whisk

Pour 30–40 ml of water at 70–80°C over the matcha, then whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and creamy.

Pour

Enjoy it pure, or pour the prepared matcha over 180 ml of hot or cold milk.
